Question:379 Mr. Crawford asked the Minister for Education the reason transport arrangements for a person (details supplied) in County Monaghan were changed, who was originally brought to, and taken home from school at St. Enda's special school, County Monaghan, and who now has to wait in a bus station for one and a half hours before he is brought home; and if he will make a statement explaining the reason a handicapped child is being treated in this way.
