Before proceeding further I feel sure that the Members of the House will wish very much to join me in extending a sincere and warm welcome to a parliamentary delegation from Austria, led by the President of the Nationalrat, Dr. Heinz Fischer, and the Second President, Dr. Robert Lischal. We hope that their visit to Ireland will be most happy and successful and we bid them and all the members of the entourage a most hearty céad míle fáilte, a hundred thousand welcomes.
