93 Ms O'Donnell asked the Minister for Health the present status of the investigations into the activities of the Western Health Board in relation to an inquest (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I understand that criminal proceedings are being brought in the case referred to by the Deputy and that the inquest stands adjourned pending the outcome of those proceedings. The Deputy will appreciate that, in these circumstances, it would be appropriate for me to make any further comment on the matter.
