Question:41 Ms Keogh asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the financial difficulties confronting the newly established regional authorities; and the action, if any, he intends to take in this regard.

I am aware that some of the regional authorities' expenditure estimates have not been agreed so far by the constituent local authorities. I am keeping the matter under review.
