Question:

11 Mr. J. Mitchell asked the Minister for Finance if he will have arrangements made with the Office of Public Works to have the grass cut along the Royal Canal, Dublin 7, between Binns Bridge and Cross Guns Bridge where residents say it is overgrown.

The grass on this canal bank was cut in the last few days. There is a maintenance contract in place which will have this work carried out regularly during the summer.
