99 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Health, in view of his undertaking to review the matters raised by Deputy J. Higgins on the adjournment on 28 April 1994, the name of the individuals who will carry out the review; the terms of reference of the review; the people to be interviewed; when the review will commence; when it will conclude; and if the findings will be given to the family of the deceased.

Following the Adjournment Debate on 28 April 1994, I asked the Western Health Board to review the case in the light of the points raised in the course of the debate.

A response from the Western Health Board has now been received and it is being examined in my Department at present. I will communicate further with the Deputy in the matter in the near future.
