61 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice if she will favourably respond to representations from the Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies-Ireland regarding court liquidations; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I am having the submission I received last month from the Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies examined in my Department at present. When it is completed I expect to be in a position to respond promptly to the committee.
