Question:194 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Education the up-to-date position regarding the refurbishment and building of a new classroom at a school (details supplied) in County Cork.
Written Answers. - School Project.
A major building project has been approved in principle for the school in question. As other projects were deemed to be of a higher priority the project was not included in the 1994 Capital Programme. It will be considered for inclusion in the new priority listing for 1995.
In regard to refurbishment work a report on the roof of the school is currently being considered and a decision will be conveyed to the board of management at the earliest possible date.
