Question:55 Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for the Environment the current position with regard to Lisdoonvarna/Doolin water supply scheme; and when construction of the scheme will commence.
Written Answers. - Lisdoonvarna-Doolin (Clare) Water Supply Scheme.
The tender for the site investigation contract for this scheme was approved by my Department in December 1993 and this work is currently in progress. I cannot yet indicate when the scheme will go to construction.
