Question:119 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if, in the spirit of a High Court judgement (details supplied), he intends returning to Bandon Community Television their transmitting equipment which was taken into custody by his Department on 28 June 1993, as retention of the equipment could be deemed an obstruction and a hindrance which the judgment does not allow; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
