Paul Bradford

Question:

106 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a final decision will be made on an application for a farm insulation grant made by a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [1256/94]

It is expected that this case will be finalised by Teagasc shortly, after which the file will be submitted to the Department. Provided all conditions for payment are met, payments are normally made within six to eight weeks of receipt.

107 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the suckler cow quota entitlement of a person (details supplied) in County cork. [1257/94]

The person named has a suckler cow quota of 23 premium rights based on the number of eligible cows for which he was paid under the 1992 suckler cow premium scheme.

108 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he has received an application from a person (details supplied) in County Cork for a farm retirement pension; and, if so, if this application has been sanctioned. [1258/94]

An application was received in this case on 7 October 1994 but the documentation was found to be incomplete and the matter was referred back to the applicant's solicitor on 10 October 1994. When the necessary information is submitted the application will be processed without delay.
