191 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment if his Department carried out an investigation to establish if the liquidation of a company (details supplied) was a bona fide liquidation; if so, the outcome of the investigation; and if not, if he intends to investigate the matter. Following representations recently made to me, I had the matter examined in my Department. I understand that the High Court appointed a liquidator to the company to which the Deputy refers on 6 April 1992 and that the liquidation is proceeding under the aegis of the court.
