283 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Health the inquiries, if any, he has made into a complaint by persons (details supplied) in County Dublin concerning the death of their daughter in a Dublin hospital in view of the evidence which they have produced that the hospital staff were unable to locate a working ECG machine in the hospital at a critical time during the woman's illness; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
