Vol. 446 No. 3

Written Answers. - Derry Three Trial Proceedings.

Tony Gregory

Question:

114 Mr. Gregory asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs if he intends sending an observer to the appeal of the Derry Three on 7 November, 1994. [2057/94]

I have set out in general terms my position with regard to this case in answers I gave to the Deputy on 9 March and 11 May 1993. As I stated previously, it is not our practice to send observers to trial proceedings in Northern Ireland.
