Ceisteanna—Questions. Written Answers. - Clontarf (Dublin) Orthopaedic Hospital.

Derek McDowell

Question:

197 Mr. D. McDowell asked the Minister for the Environment if hospitals such as the orthopaedic hospital in Clontarf, Dublin 3, are exempt from planning fees in respect of applications for planning permission under and by virtue of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Regulations, 1994; and if not, the reason therefor. [3279/94]

A fee is payable in respect of an application for planning permission, unless the application relates to development by a voluntary organisation to which article 89 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Regulations, 1994 applies.
