103 Mr. Hyland asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry in view of the success of his Department's decentralisation programme and with particular reference to the success of the Portlaoise office in processing special beef premium claims, if he will transfer other schemes for processing to this office. The proposed transfer of further schemes for processing in this Department's decentralising office in Portlaoise is an issue which is subject to ongoing examination by my Department.
