The position in relation to the National Youthstart Programme, which will cover employment and training opportunities for unqualified school leavers in the 18-21 age bracket, will be reviewed in the context of the work currently underway on the White Paper on Training. In that connection, I have asked that the necessary work and consultations on the White Paper be completed as quickly as possible.
