Question:196 Mr. Kirk asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if his attention has been drawn to the implications for small scale milk producers in non-disadvantaged areas with the ring fencing of milk quotas in disadvantaged areas under which milk is being redistributed under the restructuring scheme; and if he will consider applications for such producers under 20,000 gallons quota on the same basis as producers in the disadvantaged area.
