Question:

59 Mr. Gallagher asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide a list of licences, leases and indentures of licence and lease granted by the Office of Public Works on The Health, County Laois, since 1922; the person to whom such leases or licences was granted; the term of years of each lease or licence; and the area covered by each lease or licence. [2089/95]

The Great Heath of Maryborough, commonly known as the Heath, is owned by the Minister for Finance and has been managed on his behalf by the Commissioners of Public Works since 1943. The Commissioners' records show that the following are the current leases and licences which have been granted by or on behalf of the Minister for Finance since 1922:
