117 Mr. Hughes asked the Minister for the Environment when he will approve the design brief for the provision of sewerage facilities at Dugort, Achill, County Mayo, to enable the preparation of a preliminary report in view of the fact that Dugort lost its blue flag status in 1993; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department will be responding shortly to Mayo County Council in relation to the design brief submitted by them for a sewerage scheme at Dugort.
