I move:
That, nothwithstandiny anything in Standing Orders, financial motions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 shall be moved and grouped together for the purpose of debate as follows and the proceedings thereon and any amendments thereto shall be brought to a conclusion by one question in each case at the times indicated as follows: Resolutions No. 1 at 8.30 p.m. and Resolutions Nos. 2 and 3 at 11 p.m.
