Question:97 Mr. O'Donoghue asked the Minister for the Marine if he will give approval for the construction of a slipway on the front beach at Rossbeigh, County Kerry: and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2843/95]

To date no application has been submitted to the Department of the Marine in respect of the construction of a slipway at Rossbeigh, County Kerry. When such an application is received I will give it due consideration.
