The provisions of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994, are already being implemented. The Cork and Dublin district milk boards have been abolished and the National Milk Agency has been established.I have appointed the members of the National Milk Agency and fixed 23 February as the date for its inaugural meeting. The remaining provisions of the Act will be implemented as soon as practicable.
