Question:132 Mr. M. Kitt asked the Minister for Justice when a dealing (details supplied) will be expedited by the Land Registry. [3696/95]
Written Answers - Land Registry Dealing.
I am informed by the Register of Titles that Dealing No. 94GY06784, which is an application under section 49, that is, acquisition of title by possession, of the Registration of Title Act, 1964, was lodged on 26 October, 1994. A request by the applicant to expedite the dealing has been agreed to. However, I understand that due to their complicated nature, these dealings take some time to process.
I am further informed that on 16 February, 1995, a query regarding the application issued to the applicant's solicitors to which a reply is awaited.
