107 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the current position regarding lands offered for sale by his Department at a location (details supplied) in County Cork; and if a legal agreement has been entered into with regard to this sale. [4653/95]

The lands in questions were sold at public auction held in Macroom on 27 January 1995. The necessary legal formalities are now being completed.
