Vol. 449 No. 8

Written Answers. - Disability Pension.

Mary Harney

Question:

109 Miss Harney asked the Minister for Defence the current status of the application of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 24 for a disability pension from the Army Pensions Board. [4634/95]

The person in question has applied for a disability pension under the Army Pensions Acts. His case is under consideration by the Army Pensions Board, which is the statutory body appointed under those Acts to investigate and report on such applications. When the report of the board has been received in the Department, the matter will be dealt with promptly, at which stage he will be notified of the outcome.
