It is proposed that, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the order of the Dáil today, the arrangements in relation to the debate on motions 4 to 12, inclusive, shall continue to apply except that: (i) a Minister or Minister of State shall be called upon not later than 6.25 p.m. to take questions on the above matter, not exceeding 15 minutes, such questions to be brought to a conclusion not later than 6.40 p.m.; and (ii) following questions, a Minister or Minister of State shall be called on not later than 6.40 p.m. to make a speech in reply not exceeding five minutes.
