Vol. 449 No. 8

Written Answers. - Immunisation Record.

Robert Molloy

Question:

56 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for Health the reason information on the administration on a three-in-one vaccination has not been made available to a person (details supplied) in County Galway in spite of the fact that an immunisation register was maintained at the county clinic at the time the vaccination was administered by a doctor (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4564/95]

Limerick East): In June 1993 a full copy of the file of the expert medical group on whooping cough vaccination was sent to the parents of the person concerned.

The Western Health Board has confirmed that there is no record of this person on the immunisation register held at the county clinic from 1962 to 1972.
