134 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Education if she will have suitable arrangements made to ensure the provision of adequate home tuition services for a person (details supplied) in County Cork who needs this tuition in order to pursue her education. [5194/95]
An application form was forwarded to the student's father by my Department on 22 June 1994. The completed application form has not been received in my Department to date.
I have arranged for a further application form to be forwarded to the child's parents. The request will be considered as soon as it is returned to my Department.
