It is no harm to note that it is the Government's responsibility to have a quorum. It does not have one backbencher present.

I am sorry Deputy, this is quite disorderly.

Only the Taoiseach, two Ministers and six Ministers of State are present, nine in all. Without the Opposition there would hardly be anyone present.

It is quite disorderly and unusual to interrupt Question Time.

They were ten minutes late last week.

They are probably discussing the water rates.
