Written Answers. - Working Group Report.
Limerick East): The working group which is currently reviewing the implementation of the Health (Nursing Homes) Act, 1990 expect to submit its report to me in the near future. This is an internal review, conducted by officers of the Department and the health boards who are involved in the management of the scheme. It would not be normal practice to publish such a report. However, I will make make an announcement regarding any decisions which I make based on the findings and recommendations in the report.
