190 Mr. O'Dea asked the Minister for Justice if the District Court venues at Cappamore, County Limerick, and Newport, County Tipperary, have been relocated to Limerick city; if so, the person who made the decision, when the decision was taken and her views on whether this decision is justifiable in view of the extra travelling it will entail for litigants and witnesses. Proposals for the closure of the District Court venues of Cappamore and Newport are being examined in my Department. No decision has been taken in relation to the closure of either of those venues.
