I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that Dealing No. D95CK03800J is an application for Transfer of Part and Charge, which was lodged in the Land Registry on 27 March 1995. I understand that this dealing was withdrawn by the applicants' solicitors on 11 April 1995.
I have also been informed that no new application has been relodged in the Land Registry.
