Question:111 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Marine the measures, if any, he has taken to ensure that the people of Skerries, County Dublin, are fully consulted before any marina development proceeds. [7835/95]
Written Answers. - Skerries (Dublin) Marina Development.
Any marina development on State foreshore would require a lease under the Foreshore Acts, 1933 and 1992. The process of considering such a lease application includes a public consultation phase.
There is no application before me at present for a marina at Skerries.
