34 Ms O'Donnell asked the Minister for Justice the outcome of proceedings taken against two detective gardaí of the Drug's Squad who were disciplined for failure to reveal their sources as per a Directive issued by the Garda Commissioner in early 1993; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 10 and 15 on 8 February 1995 in relation to this matter.
I have been informed by the Garda authorities that the High Court Judicial Review, which was listed for hearing on 16 February 1995, has been adjourned to 23 May 1995. In the circumstances, I am unable, at this stage, to add to my earlier reply of 8 February 1995.
