81 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be awarded payment under the flooding compensation scheme to compensate her for loss of fodder. [8559/95]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Mr. Yates)

An inspection of the applicant's farm by a Department official on 28 March 1995 indicated that the fodder loss claimed by her did not occur. Consequently she has been deemed ineligible under the scheme.
