150 Ms F. Fitzgerald asked the Minister for the Environment when he intends to appoint the new rent tribunal board in view of the fact that all work on processing applications has ceased pending the appointment. [8860/95]

I have appointed 11 persons to be members of the Rent Tribunal with effect from 10 May 1995 for a term of three years.
