80 Mr. Browne (Wexford) asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if persons who have special health problems, such as heart and diabetic patients, and who are recommended low fat diets will be entitled to use butter vouchers towards the purchase of low fat spreads. [6873/95]

The measure referred to by the Deputy is wholly funded by the EU, which lays down the conditions applicable, including the eligible products. The measure does not cover low fat spreads.
