109 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment the clawback conditions, if any, attaching to the the State finance given to Shannon Aerospace when it was set up; the clawback, to date, by the State; and if there has been no clawback, the reason there-for. [9155/95]

Grant clawback conditions between the company and Shannon Development are confidential and, accordingly, it would not be appropriate for me to provide the information requested. It would not be helpful to the relevant State agencies in promoting the development of industry if such information were made available.
