32 Mr. O'Malley asked the Minister for Finance the total amount of money, if any, his Department proposes to lend or to invest in semi-State companies for capital purposes in 1995; if he will list each proposed investment or loan; and if he will make a statement on the rate of return anticipated for each such loan or investment. The only State companies my Department is directly responsible for are ACC Bank plc and ICC Bank plc. No decision has been taken to invest State moneys in, or to loan State money to, either bank in 1995 for capital purposes.
