Question:98 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to issue the title deeds of land (details supplied) in County Cork. [10046/95]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that schedule No. 89277 refers to a purchase agreement between the Land Commission and the applicant. The Land Commission schedule was vested in the applicant on 9 January 1987 and was lodged in the Land Registry on 2 February 1987. The property which is the subject of this schedule, is deemed to be registered as of its date of vesting by the Land Commission, i.e. 9 January 1987.
I am further informed that it is hoped that registration in the Land Registry will be completed within the next month.
