Question:

79 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 10 has no income; and if he will outline this person's entitlements in view of the fact that he is disabled and hospitalised. [10285/95]

Limerick East): The question of entitlement to assistance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, Eastern Health Board with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
