Question:180 Mr. Bree asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if his attention has been drawn to the fact a person (details supplied) in County Sligo purchased Roslea Fair Green and Market Property (details supplied) by tender from the Land Commission in 1964 and that a receipt for the purchase money dated 13 March 1964, and an unsigned copy of the purchase agreement was issued to this person by the Land Commission; if his attention has further been drawn to the fact that this person's widow (details supplied) and her legal agents have requested his Department on numerous occasions to provide details relating to the vesting of the property, the folio number if the property is not vested and a copy of the full purchase agreement; and when this information will be supplied to the applicant.
