Question:190 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will accept amendments to an area aid application form which was submitted by a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [11324/95]

In the particular circumstances of this case an amendment to the 1994 area aid application of the person named will be accepted insofar as it relates to forage area on land which he can show, to the satisfaction of my Department, was owned by him in 1994, was eligible for declaration as forage area and was not leased to or used by anybody else in that year.
