133 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment arising from the reply to Parliamentary Question No. 121 on 24 January 1995, if his Department is in a position to award a first time buyers grant to the person concerned. [11409/95]
The applicant has recently indicated that she is unable to provide evidence of either (a) the dissolution or annulment of her marriage by court order, (b) a deed of separation or (c) separation by court order. Without such evidence, a grant cannot be allowed in her case.
