I refer to my reply to Question No. 84 of 7 March 1995 concerning High Court proceedings taken in respect of the Dublin County Council, southern cross route, motorway scheme 1991. Subject to determination of these proceedings, completion of the compulsory acquisition of land under the motorway scheme will be a matter for Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
