Question:75 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite a Land Registry dealing (details supplied) in County Cork. [11513/95]
Written Answers. - Land Registry Dealing.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that Dealing No. D95CK01724J is an application for a voluntary transfer of land, part of which is the subject of a Land Commission Vesting Schedule. The application was lodged in the Land Registry on 7 February 1995. I am further informed, however, that a prior query had issued to the Land Commission on 21 April 1993 in relation to the Land Commission Schedule and that a reminder also issued on 5 April 1995. As soon as the query with the Land Commission is resolved processing of the dealing in the Land Registry will proceed immediately.
