106 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Education the progress, if any, that has been made in relation to the purchase of a site for the new college on the north side of Drogheda; if she has been advised of the context of the negotiations which have taken place; the site which has been identified; and the progress, if any, that has been made in that regard. Following on a request from my Department, the vocational education committee has indicated a site for the proposed new school but has stated that a feasibility study of the site is necessary. This study is awaited.

Following receipt and examination of the study the Department will be in touch with the committee.
