Question:117 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice the progress, if any, on a land transfer (details supplied) in County Cork which was the subject of a previous parliamentary question. [12186/95]
Written Answers. - Land Registry Query.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that Dealing No. D95CK02367T is an application under section 49, i.e. acquisition of title by possession, of the Registration of Title Act, 1964, which was lodged in the Land Registry by the applicant's solicitors on 21 February 1995. As I mentioned in my response to the Deputy's previous question on behalf of this applicant, due to their complicated nature, section 49 dealings usually take some time to process.
I am informed that the Land Registry issued further queries to the applicant's solicitors on 19 June 1995 to which a reply is awaited.
