Question:300 Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for Justice if the case of a Garda (details supplied) in County Clare, who was dismissed from the Garda Síochána in 1986, has been reviewed recently; the outcome of the review; and if existing procedures will be altered as a result. [13188/95]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 248 and 300 together. There is currently no investigation being carried out into events surrounding the disciplinary proceedings of the person detailed. No recent review of the disciplinary proceedings in this matter has been conducted and there are no proposals to hold such a review.
